Very attractive new hotel. Fabulous rooms. Breathtaking view from the rooftop, where there are two heated pools and a bar (limited food offers). Breakfast is basic and there can be a long wait since they still don't allow you to serve yourself. Self-service laundry is overpriced at US$8 per load (wash/dry). Big issue for me: constant loud noise from the ventilation system or something, so much so that I couldn't stay here again. Transportation is problematic: you need a car as there's nothing within walking distance, or you'll pay dearly for taxis.
Oh My God! This hotel is great! Great amenities with affordable prices with big rooms and very comfortable beds! The room has verything you need for your stay including all the necessary kitchen items/utensils. Also has a great view. A must visit place!

Brand new property. Opened last week of Jan 2021. Stayed here a week.
Pros:
- brand new property
- ocean view rooms as serene (try to get 2nd floor room for more water, other canopy of trees makes it partial view)
- studio rooms with kitchenettes make for easy longer stays
Cons:
- new property, teething pains with staff and materials
- only one “restaurant” which is just the pool bar, which serve 5 things (tacos, burgers, salad, fries, guacamole)
- far, and taxis rip you off to come to “hotel zone”
- not many restaurants deliver to location
- not too much within walking distance
- breakfast very basic
- no room service
