Good hotel with a lovely pool/lounge area on the roof. Comfy beds and large balconies. The location is amazing, being next to the beach. The breakfast is highly recommended.
The hotel to stay in in Calpe!
Great location. Poor breakfast, coffee from a machine, not real coffee available. Toast was soggy. Breakfast staff was rude. Don’t pay for breakfast, it is not worth it. Nice rooftop pool however it was dirty every single for a week we were there. The pool had dirty water. A couple of times the towels given to us had stains. The toilet brush is rusted, The rooms don’t have coffee or tea facilities, we asked for a kettle and we were given one in reception under a 20eur deposit. Overall, only the location and the views were great, the rest is very low for a 4 star hotel.
This was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. The staff is rude and there is no service at all. It started at check in when Francisco did not explain us anything at all. When we entered the room we found out that we didn't get the room with view that we asked for, when we asked for it they said that we booked a standard room and they have city view, well city view means that you can see the neighbors. Then the next morning, in Spain you cannot drink water from the tap so you expect a bottle of water in the room but this was nowhere to be found. When we called to ask for this the receptionist mentioned that they don't have this service, if you want to order a bottle you will have to pay a roomservice charge of 20 euro! 20 euro to bring us a bottle of water!!!! It is a joke! We left the room a little later than check out time, the receptionist called us and she was really really rude. Her words where: la hora de salida está a las 12 necesitas que bajar ya! Never ever before I have experienced something like this. I would not recommend the hotel at all!
Great location, central for lots of restaurants, shops and 2min walk to beach front. Very clean and spacious rooms but the beds not very comfortable, too firm for my liking. Pleasant and friendly staff. A lovely rooftop bar and sun deck area. Never ate here so cannot comment on the food. Overall a very nice hotel.
In general a nice hotel, view from top is great, swimming pool there is good also. Breakfast is avarage for 4star hotel, but perhals due to corona less chouce than normal. Centre and boulevard, all is near. Calpe is nice place for beach holiday.
