Pros... Staff friendly and very hard working doing they're best to provide services to not always very appreciative guests. We had a lovely stay whilst being there . Lovely views from the hotel , quick access to the beach , pools. Food was fantastic out little 5yr old enjoyed the buffet style food which was Varied,tasty and well presented. I informed the staff we had to get a transfer early in the morning and they made us a lovely packed lunch. I would reccomend to stay here and I would probably come back here again. Con's The room was slightly outdated. Though service is 4 star and beyond! Thanks for our lovely stay :) A

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Overprized, rude staff, and the worst food I have found in a hotel like this. The only good point: extremely friendly and helpful housekeeper

A fab place to stay in Calpe. Great Spa too. Wish I was there again.
