It was a wonderful experience to stay in this resort with beautiful sea view at a very reasonable price. We (4 Couples) did stay over there in January month end this year. We enjoyed a lot and every night there was a different event at a dinning area which is like cherry on top of the cake ✌.Food is delicious over there & each staff member is very polite & helpful. So I recommend to visit & stay at this resort ✌.
Everything the staff from front desk to housekeeping. All greet you with smile that flies your heart with positive vibes.
Well maintain garden was there is just awesome. Amazing property, cleanliness, their utmost priorities. Staff is very courteous and greenery all around. Just one mint walk from the beach.
I have seen some bad reviews but all are not true. No security issue even we were visited as a couple. The Owner is so helpful Deepak Bhai. They are kind
Nice and peaceful place to Stay... Near by place available Foods, Drinks, This is centre place which connect Calangute Beach, Baga Beach (Must see), Aguada Forte, Candolim Beach, 16km away from panaji(panjim). Only one draw back Extra charges for TV connection. Thank you!
Very nice stay and friendly staff. Hotel is away from the noisy beach and busy roads, peaceful. Perfect cleanliness. Good breakfast considering the price. Affordable price. Reviewing after 2 days of stay. I've booked total 8 nights.

* Very spacious rooms + balconies
* Very large land parcel of 2 acres having only 25 rooms. Usually commercial hotels can fit 250 rooms instead on a property of this size.
* The rooms have beautiful furniture and ample extra sitting spaces.
* Very helpful and friendly staff, always have a smile on their face. Was really touched by a staff's reply on thanking him, "आप है, तो हम हैं" he said.
* The resorts is a hidden gem in a crowded locality. One would only hear the birds chirping, no spoiler sounds while vacationing.
* If you are a greenery lover you will spend you entire day looking at the variety of greenery planted around the property and superbly maintained.
* The spa and restaurant was also good and reasonably priced.
* Breakfast certainly could have a few more items, I am not complaining but there's certainly space for more items on the table.
* There's enough space for kids to roam around the resort without worrying as no vehicles can enter.
Overall a perfect place to spend your vacation.
Location is superb. There is no parking and rooms are bit congested. Best for those who wish to have seashore walk in the night and in the early morning. Excellent view from the hotel.

Outstanding service. I missed their calls after ordering for extra items and yet they stood 10 mins outside and patiently asked sorry for inconvenience, even though I am the troublemaker here. Cleaning is top notch and safety precautions are better than most inns. Balcony sitting is the next good thing. Bed is too comfy. Overall I checked 5 inns and this was the best in Calangute for the price. Bigger parking space was a bonus.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is very cooperative. They offered us complementary drinks when we entered he hotel. The view from the room is good. The service should be more faster. The breakfast was also good.
The property is wonderful. I visited in month of february. The room view is magical n relaxing. Sunset from the balcony is so amazing that its all give the reason to visit d GOA.
We liked the facilities available as such an affordable price. The room has an AC and the fridge for all the comfort you need for the hot summer in Goa.
The caretaker Rozy is an exceptional person and does take care of you like a family while you stay at the property. Rosy is a great host and always available to make you feel at home.
We would highly recommend this property if you are staying in North Goa. The beach is also 5 min walk away.
Excellent hotel with good staff. Rooms are big and spacious. Cleanliness is maintained. It's not costly and it's worth staying here. If you visit I would recommend for this place. Service is really good here.
We stayed for 7 nights in Jan to Feb 2021 as a Married Couple.
Purple Top room was spacious, Tv, Ac and fridge all are good and working condition.
Hot water available 24×7.
Very close to the beach, max 2 min walking.
The swimming pool was neat and clean, they do maintenance on daily basis.
The staff is so polite, humble and cooperative, specially that lady and Dutta. Even they can guide if you ask them anything.
Highly recommended for family and couple.
You can get everything easily accessible near by the resort which is necessary for the Beach Area, food, drink, costumes and clothes, tattoo artist, rental bike-car, taxi, water sports etc.
Visited there for early morning breakfast, very courteous staff ready to help with best possible way with good hospitality, food is good with decent spread. Parking is a challenge though as main entry is from a narrow road. Good part is sea facing restaurant, eat, go to sea, come back and eat again, this is what we did and had a great time. Safety measures were in place with sanitizer and face masks. Overall a good experience.
This hostel surely has a very good vibe because of the people that come here. I personally liked the terrace where you can party along with your friends and you can also play table tennis. Now 4 stars because, the bedsheets and pillow cover were shabby and the bunks had spider net/dust on it. But then again, I had met some really amazing people who helped me through out the trip.
I had really good experience with this hotel. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are big and spacious. Honestly Food taste and quality is fabulous, price for food was reasonable, they provide complimentary breakfast with almost good enough varieties in buffet. Management and staff are co-operative. Awesomely the stay was comfortable and homely...... I recommend highly to everyone this hotel.
