We liked the facilities available as such an affordable price. The room has an AC and the fridge for all the comfort you need for the hot summer in Goa.
The caretaker Rozy is an exceptional person and does take care of you like a family while you stay at the property. Rosy is a great host and always available to make you feel at home.
We would highly recommend this property if you are staying in North Goa. The beach is also 5 min walk away.
Clean decent, spacious rooms, appropriate for bachelors and family, with basic amenities such as parking, hot water, sit-out area etc.
My stay was pleasant because of the generous care taker Ms. Rosy, who not only does the job well but extensively keep it cool and friendly.

Firstly because of the hosts Jack n Rozina who greeted us warmly as we arrived...enquired about our journey n even contacted us further to know about our return journey as well. Rozina took care of our every needs...she is such a sweetheart. Both of them even guided us on our tour itinerary. N the rooms were tidy n spacious, bathrooms were neat n clean with all basic amenities.
Very well maintain property.clean room and have open space. Most importantly there hospitality...overall, must recommended.
One of the best and budget-friendly place to stay in Calangute, the beach was just 1 km away if you take shortcut, and all the major places are within the 3 km range. The highlight of this place is their hospitality.
Especially, their host Rosie was very sweet and she made sure that we were comfortable throughout the stay.
