We had booked a room here for 2N/3D. We had to pay extra for AC (our MMT booking said non-ac room), but once we settled we found out there was some issue with the AC and the electricity overall, but the host was gracious enough to compensate us with free breakfast on all the two days. The host is a amazing person to talk to. Rooms are fairly simple, with basic amenities like a small fridge and a TV. Location is quiet good as at a walking distance from Tito's lane. Host doesn't not offer lunch or dinner, but all major restaurants, pubs and dance floor places are pretty close by. It was a nice and comfortable stay over-all

One of the budget guest House in Baga Beach. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities, The Owner Mr. Jimmy is very nice person, he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants, bars are within walking distance of 10 min. Would definetely recommend this Baga villa to everybody!

This property was just 10min walk from Baga Beach and we were Extremely happy with the stay, thanks to Jim and boys for making our trip the unforgettable one. The property was more private then we expected so we enjoyed a lot without any restrictions.
