Super Awesome Experience.. Very Supportive Staff . Food was yummy.. Room was very Good. Food was in tricolor on occasion of Independence Day pool was also good on top of the hotel . Coconut trees around the hotel . Beautiful views all around
No way you can call this a lemon tree hotel. Too small rooms. The balconies are always full of dust. No view from rooms at all. Pool is closed. Horrible smelly corridor at ground floor. The only silver lining is the staff at restaurant. The food is really good. Breakfast has a wide selection of menu and even the lunch and dinner menu is elaborate and tasty. Restaurant staff is very polite and nice. However the house keeping is pathetic. The open air setting near restaurant is always in a poor condition. No cleaning done in that area even before breakfast. Horrible experience. Small instant geysers in hotel so you can't expect to take a hot water shower for more than a minute. Front desk staff is clueless for everything.. strictly avoid
I heard good reviews of the hotel n thus I booked this hotel for stay from 11 Mar till 14 Mar 2021 .... we upgraded to Heritage from Superior for comfort n the hotel has been very cooperative so far ... since we upgraded the hotel offered complimentary buffet dinner and this is where everything started going wrong. For us who all are hard core non-veg the spread was not as expected. We had 2 non-veg main course n rest all were veg. The food was tasteless n so was the quality. To a Bengali the Bengali Fish Curry was a surprise with new invention to the dish. The chicken preparation was not up to the mark. Remember we are in Goa n for what? To eat veg stuff n very ordinary non-veg food!

Good place... Staff is very friendly.... The pool on the 4th floor is slightly weird as it's difficult to get into it... Would recommend to stay for the Staff hospitality and the Location both of them 5 out of 5...
Nice hospitality. Awesome food . Responsive staffs . Only issue was there was second door which was attached to next room due to which sound was coming .
