One of the worst to worst hotel I have never visited in my life and never ever visit this place.
All the good reviews are fake or forcibly and smartly requested to give 5 start but I cannot give any single star.
Please refer below all the points which we are face in this hotel.
• No proper room service with dust and spider web in the room and housekeeping.
• No proper response from the hotel management.
• Complimentary buffet is just for name sake, it’s totally waste.
• They behaved very rudely towards us when we asked for room service
• They made us to pay the total amount before we checked itself.
• No proper response for food orders.
• The breakfast is till 10.00 am if 5 minute let then they will close the counter which never ever seen any hotel this kind rules. Breakfast quality is very poor
• They are come to fight with us if we ask any complain.
• They take our bed sheet and towel which we carry.
• The TV and AC was not working functional properly.
• Rooms what they show in photo is completed different in reality.
• Even we heard of about this hotel they are changing every 1 or 2 years hotel name.
• Literally they harassment in this hotel.
So my humble request to all of you never visit this hotel, there are many other good luxury hotels in GOA for 4k rupees.

They don't know the meaning of hospitality. They don't have stock inventory too.. they buy groceries every day. They mostly run out of stock if you ask any food from menu, they don't have. They respond very cheaply. Never visit guys.. you will be in loss.
