We booked this hostel for 15 days stay.
While booking there was discrepancies in amount where online they mention something else and take the advance and then change the amount by saying either pay this or your advance is gone.. we tried getting in touch with the owner and if we would have spoken to the owner before booking would surely never book this place.. however we were stuck as we had already paid non refundable amount.
After arrival check in was smooth.. we had a private room obviously not expecting a Hotel quality room.. but u surely don’t expect a room that is right behind their kitchen and stinks of fish and dirty sewage and what not.. but we chose not to speak to the owner as that would be a waste of energy.
The staff was decent and helpful but i am sure they have their limitations to which they can help and i feel they were too under staffed for the amount of space due to which i can’t blame the staff if proper cleanliness and sanitation was not at all maintained in the place..
The place is filled with mosquitoes due to which we were more scared of malaria than corona. We could hardly enjoy sitting out in their lawn (which was beautifully done) due to the mosquitoes.
There was no specific way of functioning.. we need to run behind the staff for cleaning (obviously because they are under staffer) and in a booking of 14 nights we were suddenly given free water bottles in the last 2 nights. They had a Television with Tata Sky the subscription was expired.. since day 2 till day 10 they kept saying today it will start n finally on day 10 it started..
It doesn’t seem like a hostel at all. After travelling world wide and staying at various hostels i feel this was the most boring one. A hostel is supposed to be lively spreading good and friendly vibes but here there was too many negativity as the place is made by its people i hope the owners can understand that. They have built a beautiful place but without customer service and interaction I don’t know how they can work this out.
They did try to have an event for Christmas but there was no community to the people staying no enthusiasm nothing obviously due to which no one took interest to attend it as such.

Service and other thing could be good. But there hospitality is poor. People at reception counter were using a foul language upon asking them to talk nicely to a tourist got a death threat from them. Had to leave on the spot otherwise god knows what could they have done.
We took a private room there it's totally unworthy for the price, no utilities in kitchen, no breakfast for the price.
Even the booking also it's not cancellable, if cancelled also there is no refund.
Room is too congested, if you are a couple it's totally unworthy
Only thing, ambience is nice there.
For management:
Better you could improve kitchen facilities and more indoor games.
Amazing place to be . Quite a decoy from commercial buzz. Clean n fair value for money. Just carry a mosquito repellent
Superb place... Very peaceful.. staff is awesome... You are at Baga but you don't feel like and you walk for 5 min and boom you on the most happening street of Goa.. must visit.. ♥️
