Don't go here. Location is awesome no doubt but this is not the real goa. Its so crowded here plus rooms are chappy without any WiFi and dirty. Its a govt hotel I guess so don't expect any kind of good treatment. Best for a single night
Good place to crash in beach side view with lots amenities. Bathrooms and urinals available pay per use. But needs improvement in men's washroom to have proper sanitation.

Pros : awesome location, right in front of the beach (only property facing directly to the beach), mini bar,
Cons : service is a bit slow, rooms are not that great, beds are small
Note : we stayed during covid times so the dine in restaurant was close though they served awesome breakfasts throughout our stay.
Best sea view residency situated near market....one can visit beach by walking....ambiance is good...neat and clean place....rooms and service are quite good....rooms are good and have a sea view location from balcony.....one can sit in the balcony and chill with friends or family and enjoy the beach life...beautiful restaurant is also there for breakfast as it is complementary and food is quite good...people can enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view with good music..people can book a north goa and south goa tours here and it is reasonable...it's a good residency to stay....
