Hotel stay was very good. Staff was very friendly and supportive. We never had any bad experience with hotel and their staff. There is boy who generally available in nights has great skill of sketching. Whenever you get a chance do appreciate the talent he has. Sahil and Paritosh are good as well. They know the comforts of guests.
Sahil, Sunny both the managers where good and very helpful. Nice and clean rooms with all the basic amenities. Thanks for the lovely stay team tranquil inn. Will recommend you to the others as well.
Best in class service. Everything was beyond perfect. The staff was very well behaved, service was also very fast and perfect. Over all experience was good.
Overall good experience. Very friendly & polite staffs especially Sahil, spacious room however I didn’t like the timing of breakfast and menu served in breakfast. Only one food item served on both the days which I don’t like in regular days. I also request management to look into parking spaces, we had to wait for almost an hour to go out of hotel because the person staying in adjacent hotel parked the car on entrance/exit. Also, room cleaning timing should be clearly communicated to customers.
