Excellent stay with my family. Very courteous staff, nice car parking. Rent bike is available very nearby. Stayed 3days and never had an issue. Rooms were clean and well maintained. House keeping was very attentive. Location is perfect to explore more of goa. Good hygiene standards were maintained during our stay. Great Experience
We stayed in the hotel for 3 days. We had a great stay and loved our room with balcony.
The cleanliness of the premises is very good. The service and the politeness of the staff is appreciable. The location of the resort is also convenient from other locations.
I would suggest only to improve upon the breakfast menu options.
We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel. I liked the hotel and here is my detailed review:
1. Location: Hotel is 45 minutes drive from Airport, 200 metres walk away from candolim beach, and local shops are nearby.
2. Room: Size of room is sufficiently large, bed is super comfortable, we had a balcony attach to the room, bathroom was neat and clean, and amenities mentioned on hotel website were available and working.
3. Restaurant: This was the best part of hotel; food was super tasty without too much of oil in it. The buffet breakfast had sufficient spread. They even arranged early morning breakfast for us when we had to leave early for south Goa.
4. Hospitality: The staff was very cooperative, polite and courteous. I really liked the special Goan welcome drink given to us at the time of arrival
5. Overall: The hotel superseded our expectation that we had from a 4 star hotel.
Really great hotel in main candolim, in the heart of the north. The immediate vicinity of the hotel is great. The best thing about the hotel was that it is exceptionally well managed. The rooms are clean, modern and highly functional, everything has been well thought out. The service is quick. The breakfast was tasty. Benisha, the manager, is extremely kind, helpful and professional. We loved our stay. Also, the prices are modest compared to the extremely high end service they provide, in comparison to the usual 5 star hotels.
