I booked Sea View room and my feedback is..
1. One can see the sea far away from room and that too between the trees.
2. Room is on second floor and access via many set of stairs. With kid you need to be careful as its iron stairs.
3.Few staffs are too good.
Best place to stay in a budget. The resort is on very next lane to the beach. You can just take a quick small walk to Candolim beach at night.
The staff is very friendly and proactive. The food is also very good with live counters for breakfast
I'm giving only 3 star because the property was good and well maintained but staff and the management of the hotel was not interested to provide good service. If anyone paying huge amount for staying than it is the necessary to provide good food, service and hospitality. It was my worsted experience in Goa to stay here. I'm asking for one towel for than they answering me we don't have extra. Property was to good location was also fine. Located in near Candolim Beach ️ hardly 200 meters distance. Please improve your service and provide best quality food. Overall review is 3 star but the after I'm staying the hotel is 1 star hotel

Location wise its quite good. Food is also tasty but service is not upto the mark.. Staff respond very late. U need to call them twice or thrice then they will respond..
