What an amazing hotel!
Muhammed was an amazing host and the staff was helpful and accommodating in all our needs.
The hotel itself is great. I have to specifically mention the shower because it was the best water pressure we experienced in our time in Egypt.
Breakfast was served every morning and I really hope they continue that because I would come back just for the food, it was delicious
The room was clean and regularly tended to. They offer a universal outlet alongside the bed which was really helpful because our european chargers had horrible amperage.
We had such a great experience we extended from 1 night to 4.
Notes for improvement:
The elevator situation needs to worked out a bit because apparently one shuts down after a certain time and you need a fob to activate the other one.
The hotel is located on the 6th floor so can be a bit much to hike up 6 flights when the elevators are down.
Also, the shower, in line with standard showers we encountered in Africa, doesn't have a shower curtain so they water splashes everywhere and while there is a floor drain, it takes a while to pool in. Also, the toilet paper holder is directly next to the shower and suffers from some heavy splashback when showering.
Overall, 5 stars. Highly recommended and hope to be back soon!
