Despite the garden is one of the best places in Cairo , the view the weather the setup, yet the service quality in the garden is still unbelievably poor. With tourism affected, hotels re-opening after a long pause, I though that the waiters will be keen & more friendly than they use to be. Didn't seem to be like that ....detached, unfocused and extremely unprofessional ....too bad
J W Steakhouse has amazing filet! But a bit pricey
Beautiful historical property, well maintained with its origins posted around then building.
Safe check in with men in hazmat suits disinfecting before and after each customer. The room was clean and well appointed. Access to the lounge was the icing on the cake.
Breakfast was buffet style, with all options imaginable.
There are many great facilities for the use of those splurging: spa, gym, pool, shops, etc.
Highly recommend a stay here, we certainly will be back again.
It used to be a good one. It's an old hotel . Doesn't deserve the price tag per night . Nevertheless reception staff was good and helpful. WiFi worked perfectly. Room was clean . Just a suggestion: as we are going through COVID-19 phase everywhere it would give additional confidence if you put a sticker on the door saying " u will be the 1st one to open the room "
