I loved the hostel. You feel like you are in a warm home. Clean and tidy..The guys in reception are very nice, especially Ramadan. Greetings to Director Andrew. thank you
I didn’t find it amusing one bit how they treat loyal customers. Beware that they say the breakfast is free and it won’t be. The internet here is the worst i have ever had. You can’t upload anything at all. They turn off the services you pay for all the time which is horrible customer satisfaction. Like you will be asleep and at about 3am in the morning they turn the air conditioner off so they can save some money. It’s Egypt and it gets hot quickly. Also the hot water heater most likely won’t be turned on either so they can save money. Make sure you get all your change back on spot or they won’t give it to you unless you almost beg for it, but they are quick to take any money from you.
Joe the staff is the best thing about this hostel.
Had a wonderful stay thanks to the staff. Martina made sure my stay was pleasant and took care of me during my time here.
The rest of the staff are really fun and it felt like home here❤️
Cairo Hub is probably the best hostel in Cairo, The people there are always looking after you and helping you with everything. The place is a fancy hostel and yet it's so cheap! It's vey pretty and has an amazing view. The location is central and in a very famous square so it's really safe. In the night, the staff always try to make some fun event which gathers a lot of people and bring joy and fun to the place. Thankyou so much guys!
This hostel was my little safe haven during the corona pandemic! XXO A maid came every day to clean, and Joe (the receptionist) made sure that house rules for hygiene were enforced. I'm used to Couchsurfing and staying in hostels while backpacking, and this hostel was far beyond my expectation! The staff was so incredibly caring - especially Joe is absolutely concerned about making your stay not just in the hostel, but in Cairo and Egypt safe - and fun! Joe himself organized game and movie nights, boat parties, ... and very reasonably priced tours. The location is *superb* - full of security, so there's nothing to worry about, and the area is so alive at night!
