Home sweet home
Wonderful outdoor terraces to enjoy a glass of wine, uniquely decorated, clean and spacious rooms and very helpful and kind staff. Only downside is the location, but taxis are plentiful.

My review is more like a thank you note. I'd like to thank you for an excellent service I received during my stay at the hotel. Thank for your proving the fact that "Customer Service is not a Department. On the contrary, it is an Attitude". Next time I'm in Cairo I don't see myself staying at another property. Hopefully it will be sooner than later.
