Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced globally. Hotel has breathtaking views of Cairo. Located right on the Nile. The restaurants were amazing. Tried one each night we were there and our palates were mesmerized. We got Moroccan tea and fresh bread every night. There is a currency exchange ATM in the lobby for your convenience. There was no need to leave the hotel. The clubs were nice and centrally located on the premises. The cafe in the lobby had some of the most delicious desserts I have ever had. The room was comfy and spacious and room service was efficient. The sauna and pool was average but once again the customer service took it over the top. Security is tight. Will definitely recommend this hotel chain.

Nile view was fabulous but the room service was not that perfect
It is not the first time I stay at this hotel and definitely not the last. The service is truly outstanding. The rooms are always perfectly clean and most of them have an amazing view on the Nile. The breakfast is delicious and so is the food in all of their restaurants. Congratulation to the chefs who do an incredible job. People from the staff in all the hotel are the nicest you could wish for, always here to help you with anything you need and always with a lovely smile. The spa is also one of the highlights there with its jacuzzi and its many diverse treatment choices. The best one is definitely the Sport Massage though, which you shouldn't hesitate to indulge for. I highly recommend booking this hotel when staying in Cairo, it really is a small piece of heaven in the business of the city + it provides the best Egyptian sunset views. What do you need more? I will just conclude by saying that my many experiences there have always been positive and I can't wait to come back again!
I enjoyed my sister's birthday at the Moroccan restaurant. It was recommended to us by an Egyptian friend. It did not disappoint. For those who can afford it, it offers delicious speciality Moroccan food, and pleasant live music. It also has a great selection of local and imported wine. Well worth a visit. Most importantly, it sits astride the Nile and the view is spectacular. Lastly, the service was with a smile, prompt and full of laughs
