This is our second stay at the Fairmont. It's truly a 5 star experience from the time you arrive to outside, you are greeted with a warm welcome, the lobby served delicious guava juice refreshment as we waited to check in. They allowed us an early check in without complications. The concierge was very receptive and helpful. Our room was a 2 notches above the rest. Nice bathroom, very comfortable sheets and pillows, and can't forget the lovely views of the city and NILE. 5 star spa experience and restaurant. This hotel has maximum security for your safety, a bank, mall, casino, live entertainment, club, and ro8o top pool. You will find all you needs met at the Fairmont!
Exceptional service by every single staff member. The staff were efficient during our stay. An excellent hotel with brilliant views of the Nile. The food was delicious and delightful, the desserts to offer were amazing - especially the coconut and vanilla cake. Definitely made our trip one to remember.
An amazing hotel overlooking the Nile river. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless and the gym is wonderful. My only suggestion would be the pillows need to be thicker/larger, the pillows are soft and your head sinks into the mattress. An otherwise lovely hotel with many amenities, cafes and restaurants to choose from.
Brilliant service and courteous staff. Upgraded me for free to a much better room once they realised the room I had reserved prior, wasn't available. Housekeeping was on point and very efficient. A hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Cairo. It's adjoining a mall that is home to Starbucks. Case closed
