Be careful in this hotel. I just arrived last week from Cairo and stayed at this hotel. The last day of my stay, I left a gold cartridge inside the room in a little jewelry box that I bought in Asuan and someone from the hotel stole it from me, and the hotel doesn't want to know about it and I can't prove it. This has ruined my vacation. It is clear that the hotel is a 5 star but not its staff.
It was really marvellous staying in the hotel , every thing was available in the room and all the staff was helpful & friendly .
Amazing stay. Awesome staff, amazing rooms and very clean. Security staff was awesome and I always felt safe. Front desk staff was super friendly and always helpful.

A comfy room, great breakfast with a poolside view, yet a very small lobby. A bit on the expensive side, but overall satisfying!
The staff were so nice (too nice sometimes but its cute) they were very caring and they actually care that you like it there and take very concern with your opinion about them
