The worst 10 minutes in my life.starting from enterance, parking, hospitality, room, furniture, sanitation and the staff hygiene.
No restriction to COVID -19 saftey measures at all.
No one is wearing masks or using hand gel alcohol.
Very bad experience..not recommended at all..
Made a booking gia Agoda to this for Garden view with balcony room only to arrive there and be given the worst possible rooms! No windows, bad smell & barely any air. Complaint to management which in return, after 45 minutes visit, said he will give us an upgrade although out booking was de Deluxe option...the upgraded rooms had windows but room way smaller with views straight on the AC unit.
Once again we raised this with the management & they gave us the option to upgrade at own on cost.
What was offered was exactly the rooms we initially booked !! Decided in the end to leave & find another place.
PS: still waiting refund !
