Excellent customer service! My camera broke on my first day here and they helped me find a place to fix it. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and all the fixtures are new. Air con works well and so does the hot water. Super clean. I just wish I didn’t have a room facing the street but earplugs block almost all the noise. Walking distance to the Egyptian Museum. I have to say they will really help you with your trip and they do offer tours at a reasonable rate as well. I highly recommend.
Very nice hotel with great rooms. Big and spacious. The hotel's staff is very very friendly, helpful, and kind. Very comfortable beds. In general a very welcoming hotel. Prices and quality are excellent. Very clean, they clean everyday. They organized us a private driver, Omar, to take us to the pyramids. He was very nice and kind, and knew the city by heart. We hope they a future ahead!
Be aware that your room might be given away when you don't arrive before 5pm. We did not receive any warning via email or what's app, but just learned about it when we arrived at the hotel. The owner brought us to another hotel and wanted to give us the room for the same price. Only when we pointed out it was much worse, he adjusted the price. We had to wait for towels more than 30 min that evening. He promised we would get breakfast in time, but it arrived so late we couldn't eat anymore before our tour
