Front office staff excellent...as well as overall staffers. Club Lounge desk staff friendly and understand issues to deal with.

I only visited the bridge Cafe, they serve Starbucks products and the service there was excellent.

The ugly (really bad)
- the gym captain followed me around and approached me while literally half naked changing my clothes, just to tell me about an arbitrary rule he wanted to enforce on us, making us feel like criminals. When we informed management they had him provide a half hearted apology and a free message. We declined their offer as they became defensive, we felt discriminated against and left the hotel ASAP. Our company will not recommend this hotel to future partners.
*If I owned this hotel I’d retrain leadership team and staff to treat everyone with respect regardless. I’d send the gym captain to special training, he is a poor representation of your hotel.
Well, I attended a wedding reception around the pool area... It was nice.
The area is suitable for 100 to 150 persons.
Service by staff was good and friendly.
