Located in the heart of Cairo downtown, Newly renovated, freshly painted, very quiet and clean facility. One night they were fully booked, Marco the owner walked me to one of their partner hotels and personally made sure everything went well. Another night they were short of the smaller rooms, they gave me free upgrade to a much better and bigger room with no extra charge!! I highly recommend them and will definitely come again.
The hotel is at a perfect location, it's very quiet too, well decorated and clean. Golden palace also has extremely friendly staff, and I can't find anything at all to complain about! It's definitely a 5 star! It simply felt like home here.
During my few days at Golden Palace I had one of the most amazing experiences with their staff and treatments.
Rooms looked perfect, and the place is super clean.
I also enjoyed their breakfast and everything else that came out of their employees.
Big shout out to Badr and Marco they are great staff members and give you a big reason why you should love the country and the place.
I loved staying at the golden palace hotel. The owners Marco and Badr and very nice hospital people and have good hearts. The other receptionist Momen and Mohamoud were also very helpful if I needed anything and are good people. The hotel is clean. The house keeper is very good at her work and is also very nice and beautiful. I felt like I was home. Their kindness warmed my heart. I felt comfortable and I felt safe. I am grateful for my experience and will always come back here when I am in Cairo ☺️
