Really enjoyed the breakfast, but it was offered somewhat later in the morning. The only problem we had were mosquitoes. We stayed for two nights and I believe I have 10+ from the night. It is very close to a mosque so be really for an early start to your days. I think citronella candles or something citronella would do the rooms/hotel wonders with the mosquitoes ! I'm not sure if there sold around cairo but if you find them I hope they help!
