The best service I've experienced at a hotel EVER! Special mention to the breakfast and restaurant staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I'm really blown away, well done Pyramisa Team, you're doing a phenomenal job. Thank you form making my stay that much more memorable.
Clean in COVID19..
I loved Pyramisa every since I was a child. It's a local Egyptian franchise with global service standard. The staff is welcoming, kind and professional. Rooms have been recently revamped with a modern interior and the stay is quite comfy and stylish. So far it's been a relaxing and affordable stay. You get a lot for what you pay for. Thank you! :)
The worst receptionists ever. Its a shame that the guy who checked us in is working in that 5 stars hotel....
He was super rude with us. We asked for a 1 king size bed and he answered that we dont have that right now "TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT" and it was 3AM. What a way to reply to customers.
The other experiences in the hotel were very good from rooms, services and breakfast. But the firat impression will stick with me forever.
I will never pick it again and i dont recommend it
In general stay was good staff is very friendly helpful they upgraded room for free breakfast was very good too
