A great hotel. Location is good. Staff are excellent. We only had two nights at the Senator Cadiz Spa Hotel, but we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks especially to the gentleman on reception who heled us out with several things.
We found the hotel was very impersonal.We ordered beefburgers with chips, the beefburgers were raw,JUST touched on outside,some chips were still hard.The room and bathroom floor was not moped clean +in corners. Customer service and customer relations do need addressing to make peoples stay more. personal BREAKFAST VERY GOOD . ROOM AND SIZE VERY GOOD.
We paid 170€ for a double bed room and were honestly disappointed by the hotel. We booked this hotel because of the Spa and when we arrived they told us that the Spa is closed today and if we wanted to use it we had to pay on top of it. We then decided to use the pool which is free of charge but quite small, shabby and old already. The room looks from the 80's, walls are dirty and need a paint, shower doesn't work properly and gets hot and cold, the view is a dirty wall on the other side of the building and the tiles and marmor is already cracked and looking poor. Ah and the Internet is painfully slow. So definitely not worth paying 170€ per night.
