even though i ordered non-smoking room, the room smelled full of cigarette. the reception woman almost double charged the room rent even though i paid beforehand. she doesn't apologized for it. always saying excuse is spanish norm.

Please don't believe any negative comment about this place. I was actually quite scared and wanted to cancel my reservation reading the reviews, but I'm so glad I didn't. The people who work here are really friendly, when the girl showed me my room she asked if I wanted to have a different room with a bigger bed ('cause I'm tall) for the same price. The hostel is really cute and superclean and you have everything you need. Ok there are few bathrooms, that's a small minor. But I think it's actually quite normal for the price you pay. Very well located too. I'm happy for staying here and would totally recommend it!

Not the most fancy place, but for the price it is good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you are looking for a cheap private room.
