After reading many reviews on this hotel we started to be very scared.

The room is simple and clean. Same for the bathroom.
Yes the block is quite old and you can easily hear the people next door and outside but well.. The location is perfect though.
However we won't be coming back because paying 85€ for this kind of hotel is ridiculous.
For 50€/night it would be a no brainer.
I had a wonderful experience. I was very surprised. The hotel is very clean and I’m a clean freak! The staff is awesome! Great location! Very safe! You are surrounded by locals with very good shops and restaurants. Close to a bus stop if you want to go into the main part of the city.
Also, I started feeling sick towards the end of my stay and the receptionist showed me where the closest pharmacy was and checked on me later. I highly recommend.
Well located, clean place, comfortable beds, near the beach, very close treatment. Helpful and caring staff. The room had air conditioning and tv and large. Good value for money. I recommend.
I had to stay with my wife in Cadiz to sleep for personal reasons, the truth is that the guy who attended us, very kind and that. He took us to an apartment that is on the parallel street in a block. The apartment was not bad, but the spring bed with the super sunken mattress, made no more noise with breathing. We did not sleep at all throughout the night. Please change the mattresses .. It's a shame .. You can't sleep there ..
