Loved this hotel, its super clean and modern, they give you a full size bottle of shampoo and conditioner (it's already in the shower) and it leaves your hair unbelievable moisturized and soft better than any treatment I've tried lol. They have a French cafeteria downstairs with pastries and all type of coffee you crave on a vacation. The staff is the best and super nice. The rooms can be a bit small but honestly they are well arranged you don't even feel it, and the view of the sea port is amazing!!! Will love to comeback again for sure!
Great stay. Big room with view. Love the bath tub. The gym is small but doable. The view is great. I like the fact that Lotte supermarket us a 10min walk from the hotel. Super clean as well.
The only thing that is a drawback the time spent waiting an elevator in the morning. I have waited for half an hour!!! That is not acceptable.
Good location in central of Busan. The room is not much big but very comfy, neat and clean. The hotel is near by Lotte shopping mall and also the walking street. Furthermore, it's close to subway too. The bakery in hotel is great and u shouldn't miss.
New hotel with great location. Extremely nice view from the room. Helpful staff, specially in parking area. Bakery is delicious, my wife enjoyed the spa. Only the improvement can be in smell of room .
Elevator is not enough but I don't think can improve
