Economical hotel and residence in Haeundae. Very close to the beach.
It's pretty decent for an Airbnb hotel & residence complex. The fully furnished gym is free.

I am wrting my review as I am staying at this hotel. Please note that my review is for a winter stay, for I have not experienced a summer or warm weather stay at this place (For example AC was not used during my stay so I have no idea if the AC is moldy). My wife and I initially couldn't believe the relatively low room rate (especially considering the wide open ocean view), but based on the positive reviews we booked this place for my family's winter get away in Busan. Our room is very clean, roomy, comfortable, with all amenities functioning properly. Bathroom, kitchen, closets, elevators, hallways are also roomy and clean. In cities like Seoul or west coast major cities in the US, it would cost easily 400 to 500 dollars or more a night at a place like this.
I now know why the rate is only about $ 100 a night here for a family of 4. This building is half a condominium with full time residents, and the remaining is being used as hotels (I use plural "hotels" because there is another hotel in this same building structure). The reception desk is small but functional. They have an efficient management system, but they are supportive and courteous. The heating is floor heating, which is very comfy. Parking is free and there is plenty of underground parking space. No valet parking rather you drive in and out freely, and it is very secure - automated enter / exit system that records each license plate. Yes, there is a construction going on nearby (major project building three 70-story high condominium structures), but windows insulate noise sufficiently, plus why would you want to worry about day time noise if you are here for a vacation or business? You should be out exploring the city during the day. Around 5 or 6 PM the construction activities cease and begin around 6:30 AM. I am an early riser.
Overall, this place is a steal especially for the room rate, in the heart of Haeundae surrounded by 4 and 5 star hotels. Oh BTW absolutely no trace of smoking or smell of it inside the building, including the room.
