My comments three weeks earlier when I had stayed for 2 nights.
Stayed for 11 nights from end May to early Jun. Found the staff to be very stuck up and refusing to entertain any request of ours. No tea in the rooms. Even after requesting they could not manage. Breakfast menu was the same for all days. Even the salad, fruits, preparations etc don't change. Approached the manager but he said food menu is season wise! Very prompt in charging extras even for an extra bottle of water. House keeping very basic, rooms cleaning is limited to bathroom and sheets. No other rearranging is done. No effort by the Manager to meet me even after leaving a message. Restaurant and Coffee shop close at 2130! No food available thereafter. We were asked to vacate coffee shop at 2145 even though we hadn't finished the food. Overall a below average experience during this visit. Hotel not suitable for International guests. Appears that the staff and managers prefer locals. Language is a barrier but then the staff needs to be trained for requirements of foreign nationals. Not recommended for long stay. If visiting please keep your expectations low.
I had steak at the restaurant here and please try something else. Something Korean!
Needs some serious update to the facility as the hotel is too old in general. The rooms are spacious but no USB ports and felt very dated too.
