Pretty nicely done up hotel or should i say boutique. Front staff is particularly attentive. Room is sparkling clean and minimalist design. On return to the hotel on our second night, staff literally ran to hit the lift button so we don't waste anytime waiting for the lift down!! Amazing service!!! Even the breakfast was a treat. We were there about 9am and it was packed without any seating. Staff knew and quickly came up to apologize and ask us to wait for just a little while. When seats were available she quickly came out to ask us in and again another warm welcome. I just cannot say enough the service level this hotel has which equals any 5 star hotels we have stayed. Staff reminding you there is morning breakfast for free on Christmas day!! Wow! And on check out help us hail the Taxi and open the door?!!! Jaw dropping personal service. All the female staff were outstanding whole one man stood out like Spok - no emotion.
Stylish modern building; room and bathroom spacious, clean, and nice. Impossible to lower the heating - changing temperature on the control did not have any effect, and I had to sleep with the window open and still sweat.
Breakfast choice very very modest, nice rooftop terrace though.
Good location in Seomyeon, plenty of restaurants around, lotte shopping center and street food just minutes walking from there, underground metro close by.
Very nice and clean rooms, incredibly spacious and close to Metro. However, the rooms were very bright as the curtains let most light through, which made it hard to get a good sleep. As soon as the sun was up, the room was fully lit up. Would be 5 stars with proper black out curtains
Great little cute, clean place. Very minimalistic decor, white rooms, white lobby, white sheets and towels with grain wood trim. For the money the rooms were great. Large tub for 2 ppl, large flat screen television and minimalistic almost Spartan room. Came with tons of amenities such as; toothbrush & tooth paste, disposal razor, sewing kit, comb, and the usual other bath amenities you normally receive. Also tons of outlets to power anything and everything.
