Spatter stains of some sort on the wall and our room was not ready by the check-in time. Our room was supposed to be cleaned if we stayed longer than 2 nights but it was never cleaned. There was toast for breakfast. The towels were very small. For Wi-Fi, we had to stand on an unstable chair and look at the password on the router which was on top of the mounted tv. The chair was very unstable and even bent in when we sat on it. It would've been nice if the wifi was given to us. Pros: The bathtub was big and there was an espresso machine. I would not recommend this hotel (more of a motel-like what other people said).
The room is clean and spacious. It's well equipped with a British 3 pin socket. Worth the price. Extended my stay for another 2 days.
This hotel was phenomenal! Jay, the hotel manager, welcomed us when we got there and went above and beyond with making us familiar with Busan. He gave us detailed maps, restaurants recommendations, and fun places to go while we were there. The room was amazing too. Definitely would stay there again! Thanks Jay!
Best hotel service, lots of free stuffs like lotion and skin care products provided and the receptionists are very friendly! They can speak in English & Mandarin which makes communication easier and it is within walking distance to the Busan Tower, surprisingly close, and they have quite a lot of convenience stores nearby. I sure miss the memories there and I will be sure to visit there again next time.
Very happy to be in a hotel where I could choose my rooms temperature. Unfortunately it is a thing in Korea where they disable your choice between hot or cold. The bed was nice and large, the bathroom was big and clean and they provide many extras (computer in the room etc).
