The beds were soft and the hotel is clean. They give you tooth brush and tooth paste add will add full sized towels which is great.
Pros:
- Very quiet room (didn't hear any people in next door rooms, and didn't hear any traffic, though close to a main road)
- Overall clean and nice room
- Stylish, modern refrigerator
- Pleasant body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (with generous amounts)
- Genuinely friendly and helpful front desk staff member (young male) who provided directions to the nearest subway station
- Very convenient location, close walking distance to many stores, restaurants, street food, markets, etc.
Cons:
- Dimly lit, dark colored room (making the room a bit gloomy)
- No window to circulate fresh air
- Front desk staff member---young female who didn't seem interested in being helpful---didn't know directions to any nearby convenience stores, which all of the staff should at least know one location
- Heater didn't work in the middle of one night, so woke up very cold (addressed the issue and it was fixed the next day)
- Pillow very flimsy, non-supportive, and uncomfortable
Overall, regardless of the “cons,” this hotel is decent and is a good deal. However, I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that I know; hence, I give it a fair 3 star (good) review.

Location is the good. Easy to access the shopping streets. The lift access to hotel rooms do not require any card so security is lack. Although covered with 24hr CCTV it doesn't feel very safe as any stranger can be knocking on your room door.
My son suffered a few bites from the bed bugs. Other child in my room is ok though. Wife is angry with the room's hygiene.
Very reasonable prices for winter. Averaging around 70 to 80USD pernight for being right in the centre of Busan BIFF Square. Rooms are clean, the noise from outside is not heard. It's on the higher floors of a high quality shopping centre.
Really nice really clean hotel. It is in the perfect location for getting around and is in the center of many shopping districts.
