Good location for one or 2 says. If more, i would recommend a hotel near the center. Even with this, very clean and comfortable. The best: the jacuzzi in the bathroom.
The worst: the views to the railroad.

Great location 6-7 min walk from busan starion and walking distance to metro statjon. Rooms are huge and a good size private jacuzzi. Get yourself some bath salt and you're set for a relaxing night before bed. However located next to the train tracks. So its not suitable for light sleepers.
The room(Deluxe double room) was okay with some exceptions: poor/unusable WiFi. My guess is they have just a few routers per floor. Additionally, there was no place to store stuff. The bathtub was nice, but no salts etc were included or easily purchaseable. Location was good.
Very clean and quite place. They do a great job at helping you for your stay
Just 2 minutes walk from Busan Station, big room with big TV. There is a PC in the room. Shower room with bathtub and smart flush toilet with heater (automatic flush when you wake up hahaha...). They also have good bed, so you can rest effectively
