The room size is amazingly large for family room. We are very happy and impressed. Besides, room is modern, clean, and located near subway, hundred of restaurants nearby. Staff are polite and helpful. You can also claim tax refund if you stay in this hotel... This is the first time we ever hear about tax refund from staying at the hotel. Smart business.
Stayed over for 2 nights, quite happy with the stay, the staff are very accomodating and friendly, the room is clean, large, organized, no cigarette or wet smell, no issue with room services thus far.
My only two comments for improvement purposes is to (1) provide tea spoon in the room. And to (2) have better instruction to operate the self-service washing machine.
Thanks to YouTube, we and other residents manage to figure out how to operate the washing machine. Press and hold the two buttons with the padlock symbol together for few seconds, and the machine will unlock itself.
We didn't have any breakfast in the hotel thus am not able to comment on that. Overall experience is good, location wise very good and close to many amenities. Highly recommend this hotel!
The best family room hotels for 3 people!! Very spacious and clean!The staff are very friendly too! Highly recommended!
