Excellent hotel in Haeundae area in Korea. Very convenient location just by the beach.
Very disappointing stay. First my bed was a full and not a queen like advertised.
The rooms are tiny and noisy, but the worst part is that the hotel lacks any soul. Seriously book Shilla Stay instead.
Great reception at front
The service of the staff is great. It was convenient that Haeundae Beach was right in front of it, and Starbucks and a convenience store were located in the building. However, it looks like I waited for the elevator for almost 30 minutes at dinner time. That part seems to need improvement. Everything else was satisfactory.
The rooms have a nice view and are neat. The facilities are clean and well done in many ways.
Excellent service
The Aria buffet on the first floor of the hotel was also satisfactory in the quality and composition of the food.
The hotel is located right in front of Haeundae, so there are many advantages.
However, minor disadvantages include poor air conditioner/heater performance, poor lounge performance, poor laundry/dryer performance in the laundry room, and very narrow access to the parking lot.
