Wonderful!!! My husband and I are from the U.S. and it’s difficult to find a hotel to accommodate us. Baymond hotel was a amazing in every aspect! Check in was really easy, the woman checking us in spoke English very well. You can’t check in until exactly 3 pm so don’t come expecting to check in early!! The breakfast buffet was average nothing amazing but, it did the job. The coffee in the morning was really good. Our room was beyond our expectations and just beautiful. The bed was really comfortable and we slept great. The pool side area was also perfect, the service and pool temperature. The hot tub wasn’t very hot and there weren’t any bubbles. Hey I’m not picky so I had a beer anyways!!! I highly recommend the chicken wings by the pool. Some of the best wings I’ve ever had. All of the employees were very polite and welcoming. I will stay here again!
This hotel is in a good location, steps away from the beach and walkable to the nightlife. However it's very new and I think they are still figuring out how to run it. The pool people are overbearing about rules and won't let you wear your towel to your room. The rooms look nice but everything is a bit misaligned and cheap feeling (only 1 nightstand for example).
Nice accomodations, good food, great access, no issues with parking. Staff is friendly and helpful.

1. The rooftop swimming pool is sweet one, the water is warm, the view is awesome (I was visiting in Jan which the hotel only opened a month ago)
I ordered a glass of wine and took an hour to bring it to me. ♀️ I hope the service will be better later on their operation....
2. Ocean view room is cool (there is a build front of it but can see some view which is not so bad). Higher floor is recommended.
3. Location is good, just cross the street is Haeundae beach, 2 blocks away is most Haeundae action happening street.
4. Afternoon Tea Service is worth it (it is included from deluxe room). Highly recommended

1. The breakfast is not recommended, even the money is 20k (KRW) I felt wasted money. The hotel needs to think about this....
2. The room was too hot, (there is a room temperature “controller” but it wasn’t working because they tuned off the entire building air conditioner) after I asked I can adjust the temperature
3. The room has some smell. As the hotel is new there is some new building smell ahich is not good. And after turned on the air conditioner there is a slight fish smell in the room...
4. Shower booth need to sealing on the door. After showing the floor got water all over it....
5. Towel has some dust. After using it remaining some white dust on the body.
