Nice view and so convenient in terms of transportation it was a nice place to stay in.
English is an issue here. You have to use very simple ones and expect little response.
Room is basic and deserves 3.5 star for almost clean state until my last night stay here when I discovered pubic hair stuck on the wall of the bathroom!

Very new, spacious, and modern hotel. It's also convienant to the KTX station. Has a rooftop area with a nice view.
Could hear banging from neighbor rooms all day and night.
No AC control. Sleeping part of room temperature was fine, but bathroom was a sauna. AC shuts off when you leave, so always came back to a hot and steamy room.
Towels are WAY to small. They are barely bigger then wash clothes. And you only get 4 per day.
Ceiling mounted pendant lights in the room (and elevator) are very low. Hit my head numerous times.
Staff speaks very little, almost no English.
I'd give a much better rating if they provided an AC control and bigger towels. Easy fixes!
They canceled my reservation at the last minute because they had issues processing my credit card. They could have allowed me to provide another card or pay in cash but instead I had to scramble at the last minute to find another room on a Friday night when most nearby hotels were fully booked. Caused me a lot of unnecessary stress during my travels.
