We are very disappointed with this host and booking. First thing we saw when entering the room were bedbugs.... Many of them. When we asked for the help the lady on reception tried to ensure us that this is OK and it's normal. She also has bedbugs in her apartment and there is nothing to do.
The manager first tried to remove them but after few minutes he decided to say us" good bye" and forced us to cancel the reservation by pointing to the door.
It was 21:00 and we are traveling with 2 kids - 8 and 11 years old.
We found ourselves outside at 21:30 after long driving time. Unacceptable...
P. S. After host's reply, I uploaded images to make it clear what kind of bugs we are talking about, so visitors will have an imagination what to expect.
Regardless the bug name, I expect the 3 stars hotel to have mosquito and bugs window nets and spraying.
Another clarification : the manager left us NO choice but to leave by pointing to the door and stating "you should go away".
