Great location, spacious rooms and beautiful pool area. What impressed us the most though was the excellent customer service.
Every single person that we interacted with was extremely polite and helpful. Receptionists, cleaning team, restaurant and parking staff - all of them were great. Nothing was too much trouble, they went out of their way to make us feel really welcome, even though we were staying just for one night.
Prices may seem to be on the high side, but the overall experience is totally worth it. We'll visit again.
I honestly wish I could give this place 10⭐. Absolutely phenomenal experience based mostly on the quality of the service. Every single person from the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like a real Rockstar. Of course the perfect location, spacious and spotless rooms with beautiful views help a lot too. I still can't believe this is happening in Bulgaria. So above all the standards and norms . My deepest thanks to everyone. Can't wait to be back!!
This is the place to be in Burgas. Located in green area next to the beach and the city center. At first prices could be seen as high but all you get for it is worth it. Great quality of service, large rooms, prices in lobby and restaurant affordable. Pool very clean and great atmosphere. Everything within walking distance. Great touch was the free drawing lessons.
An incredible 5 star hotel. Pretty much everything is at an excellent level during the summer season. The facilities are exceptional similar to the proximity of the hotel to the beach and burgas city centre. One thing I believe the hotel should work on, is the training of the staff- waiters seemed to frequently forget waiters which caused impatience and anger amongst customers.
