Good place. It has only two major problems: the lifts are very small and the bathroom is poorly design. But at least you can get an excellent location.
Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, clean rooms. We arrived to BA via Jorge Newbery airport, so I (stupidly) assumed that we were flying out from the same airport. As my husband was checking out, the clerk asked if he could call a taxi for us. That's when I realized we were flying out of EZE. EZE is 40min away. Jorge Newbery is 7min. At this point I freaked out because I was planning on a 7min ride, not 40+ with traffic.
I dont know what magic the hotel did, but there was a man waiting for us at the airport. This man knew what taxi we were in and exactly where we were going. He brought us right to where we needed to be. We boarded the plan with 10min to spare.
If the hotel didnt arrange this, I dont know who did haha.
Literally saved us from missing a flight.
Totally recommend this place. Excellent service, rooms and location. Things to get better are some little maintenance issues and media devices renewal.
We loved our stay here! The staff were very helpful, particularly Oriana who assisted with restaurant recommendations and bookings. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the wine! The hotel is well located (in a beautiful townhouse conversion) and the area is a lovely base for exploring BA on foot.
Young, amiable staff - excellent service. One of the best rooms we’ve ever stay in. Spacious and well decorated. Extraordinarily large bathroom and shower. Well worth the stay.
Lovely hotel. Located in the center. Inexpensive. There are parties on the hotel roof every evening. The swimming pool is really not recommended. Overall clean and hot water flowing. excellent service

I really liked my time at Esplendor because it is a cozy, boutique hotel and located strategically around some of the places I wanted to visit while in Buenos Aires.
The staff were polite and helpful and their staff speak both Spanish and English so communication was great. They were also helpful with where to find what in the city and they have a great city tour guide map.
The rooms were clean and cozy and I like the styling. It was not as dated as some reviews described. Their WiFi is free and fast too.
