If to not pay attention on some small details it's the very nice hotel to stay. Excellent and multilingual personnel - even you can communicate in Russian (Vladimir) - is ready to help and resolve any problems.
The hotel is located in a historical building. Very good combination of prices and quality. Recommended!
Great location and spacious duplex rooms.
I really liked this strange gem of a hotel. It's in a building built in 1868 but heavily transformed. My room had 20' ceilings and a loft. I would have loved to have lived here in my 20s. Superbly located with amazing restaurants, bars and in the middle of the biggest artesian fair I've ever seen on Sunday. Courteous staff and reasonable prices.
This hotel presents itself as luxury and trendy so I shall judge it as such. The rooms are nice (plus clean) and the layout is good with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. As such it's a perfectly pleasant place to stay in a fantastic location. However, those little details are really missing. We had towels with big holes in them and a shower that sprayed water in every direction (including up). Every interaction with the staff was awkward; they seemed to either have had no training or simply not be interested. A decent little hotel that could be great with some extra customer care and maintenance.
Location was perfect right in the heart of San Telmo. Round the corner from the Market which is brilliant. Unfortunately our ground floor room had no natural light which was not ideal (and quite loud). Also breakfast on our first morning was very poor with no food available - this was around 9.30am with an hour remaining. Second morning not quite so bad but had enough by that point!
