Nice, small hotel. The roof for dinner is the best of the hotel. Breakfast was bad.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted with smiles and assistance. The entire hotel is in order and kept clean. No question big or small was outside their ability to assist. From restaurant suggestions that are not "touristy" to making sure a cab is waiting, they are on point every hour of the day. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. Comfort after a long day of seeing the city is made easy not only by the location but the quite atmosphere.
The adjoining restaurant is excellent, breakfast was fresh and had a diverse offering of options. They also have a great selection of drinks for a late afternoon refresh.
My wife and I had the opportunity to experience a labor strike at the domestic airport in Buenos Aires while visiting Argentina. Our opportunity to continue our trip was delayed by one day, a time that could have potentially been stressful was a small few hour delay, because the staff at the hotel made it easy to extend our stay an additional night. They collected our bags at the door (and then took them to our new room) after our round trip to the airport so we could get back out to exploring the city as quickly as possible. They even left us a treat apologizing on behalf of a delay that was not there fault.
Fantastic accommodations if you are looking for a place to call home while in Buenos Aires.
Clean hotel in a good part of town. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and huge, plus we arrived super early because of our flight and they made sure we could get in before the official check in time. Free drink on arrival was appreciated and breakfast was fine in the cool restaurant. Would absolutely stay there again.
This place is perfect for digital nomads. The electric outlets are well positioned and in various formats. The staff are resourceful and always ready to step forward.
In the elevator, a housekeeper noticed me holding a bag of laundry and offered to take it to the laundry for me.
Do NOT miss breakfast here.
Oh, note for USA visitors: take a sip of the coffee before you add any milk or sugar so that you know what real coffee tastes like.
Stayed for 3 nights; location was excellent- right in the heart of Palermo with walking access to restaurants, wine bars, and coffee shops.
Hotel is attractive, and upscale; staff is warm, friendly and attentive; rooms are clean, spacious, service is excellent especially the wonderful front office and restaurant staff.
Highly recommend.
