LOVED this hotel. Great location, amazing staff! My husband and I went for our honeymoon; they upgraded our room already before we arrived. All of the employees were so helpful with everything from tips, getting us taxis, spa, packing a to-go breakfast etc. The room and hotel were very nice and well kept. They also have a spa which we took advantage of to relax. We would stay at this hotel again for sure.
Everyone was extremely courteous and attentive. I loved everything about the hotel, except for the pool..it could be a bit warmer and the hot tub was not really working. Maria in the front desk was an angel and the "porteros" were very attentive. The restaurant was great with an amazing Mediterranean menu. I highly recommend this hotel.
We had a splendid time in Buenos Aires and the Palladio Hotel contributed to our experience. Although it is not a child oriented hotel, it is definitely child friendly, it is clear that the staff is used to having children as guests, they are really sweet.
Rooms are comfortable, bath is impecable and breakfast had good options.
Perfect choice, will go back.
Amazing hotel in a good location. Big room and bathroom. All new and clean. Very welcoming and professional staff. Swimming pool is nice albeit a bit short for lapping. Great cocktails at the bar. Highly recommended!
It was a fantastic welcome. We got in early and fortunately they had an upgraded room ready for us. The concierge Diego and Miguel truly made the stay. They were attentive, eager and ready to help and made sure all our needs were met. I would certainly stay here again. It was great
