Hugo and Jonathan were amazing!!! Great customer service and always welcome to help and solve any kind of situation you have. Rooms are great. Price is very reasonable and the hotel is VERY close to pretty much everything in the city center. Thank you!
It's ok but it had a noisy aircondition.
Avoid this hotel at all costs! Rooms are nothing like the photos describe, I have been too some poor hotels but I wouldn’t give this hotel a 1*. The only good thing was the gentleman on the front desk. Hate to move rooms twice due to the noise and smell of smoke! I’m sorry to give this review but a birthday ruined as the hotel description is a lie.
THE DIRTIEST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THIS HOTEL. TRUST ME THE HOTEL IS VERY DIRTY. I WENT WITH MY WIFE AND MY BROTHER AND HIS WIFE, IN MY BROTHER'S ROOM HAD A FLOSS ON THE NIGHTSTAND. THE BATHROOM IS A DISASTER, IF YOUR BATH IS NOT QUICK THE BATHROOM WILL BE FLOODED. THE ONLY GOOD POINT OF THE HOTEL IS THE LOCATION AND JONATAN VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE GUY.
