Lovely hotel. Located in the center. Inexpensive. There are parties on the hotel roof every evening. The swimming pool is really not recommended. Overall clean and hot water flowing. excellent service
Regular rooms are spacious. Shower is strong and hot. Restaurant and bar downstairs is very good.
The decor and overall look and feel of this hotel is very beautiful, however sadly the management staff responsible are unhelpful and frankly impolite. After we refused the only food option that the hotel gave us on NYE, a $120 set menu, the restaurant manager told us to leave the restaurant (we couldn’t even order drinks). The front of house manager then laughed at the situation and told us that we couldn’t get any food unless we paid and that was final. Neither managers made alternate plans for us, although the hotel advertises room service until 11pm. Both treated us with disdain, I have never experienced such bad customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Hotel Pulitzer Buenos Aires with beautiful outlook, but it's not practical, as their service is not as good as its look.
The lobby and their room actually with nice designed decoration, and they have a relaxing common room too.
Location is OK, as there is convenience store nearby.
However, their shower room without any curtain, water all spray to the floor and make the floor slippery. And the shower don't even have a soap holder there.
No ventilation fan in toilet, make toilet not easy to dry, and metal in the toilet are rusted.
Window with poor sound proof, it's noisy and even can hear car pass by.
They do have a swimming pool, but if you checked the condition there, I don't think anyone will swim there.
Request for high floor, but give can give me second floor when the toppest floor is 12.
Awesome hotel in a great location. Nice modern furnishings and friendly staff. Would consider this again when I return to BA.
