Although there is no sign above the door (just the street address number), and you have to get buzzed in, once your inside, it's a wonder to behold. Decor, artifacts, and furniture from an earlier era. Simple, but comfortable rooms. Helpful staff.
The only best thing about this place is location of the hostel. Perfectly located for major attractions , walking distance to city tours and subway station.
The rooms are poorly maintained with shabby bed sheets and blankets. No bed covers. The bathroom is small n stinky. The door knob wasn't working n could not close the bathroom door. The lid of the toilet falls off on you which was disgusting and annoying.
I noticed as I was writing that the same complains were given by previous customers and the property management seems to be negligent.
No breakfast , almost no kitchen.
Payment only in cash.

This hostel boutique is located in the heart of San Telmo neighborhood and offers many amenities. The owner is very friendly and makes your staying comfortable. Pictures show how cared is the place in its details. As in all Buenos Aires cards are not accepted and you can use cash only. The room was big and clean but the bathroom stinks of damp. Close to Lima subway station.
