Fantastic breakfast buffet and the room clean. Hotel was in a good location. Unfortunately I fell asleep in the lobby and my bag was stolen by someone caught on camera coming from the outside. The staff helped me notify the police and my bag was recovered that same night.
Really good location. Lots of restaurants parks and shops close by. Near the domestic airport. Perfect place for a layover to Patagonia. Very helpful staff. Fluent English. Nice room. One complaint. The electrical system with the room card activation had a problem. The staff was attentive.
Clean, great location and friendly staff. They have breakfast as many places around are closed in the morning. Close to many restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.
My girlfriend and I stayed at Ilum Experience twice in March of 2019. I travel frequently and the staff are the most friendly and helpful of any hotel staff I have encountered. The rooms are clean, modern, and bright. It is a boutique hotel, but has amenities (pool, breakfast area, gym) that you would expect from a much larger establishment. The neighbourhood Ilum is located in is vibrant with many fantastic restaurants, bars, and similar establishments nearby.
Excellent helpful staff fluent in english. They can wash 12 of your items for only 432ARS, about 7USD - great value! Strong wifi, great rooms in a nice neighborhood. The pool area is awesome too! The breakfast doesn't have too many options but is decent. All in all just a great hotel in B.A!
